The place felt dated, looking as if it hadn't been refreshed since the 80s or early 90s, surprising given the marketing photos. The limited availability of on-site dining options, with many facilities like the pool bar being out of use, left something to be desired. I often found myself relying on the mini bar for snacks and drinks, on the pricey side. There was a consistent noise issue from ongoing hotel expansion work during the day that detracted from the experience.

The location was magnificent and favourable, next to Patong Bay, the hill with great views, and the center. I stayed in spotless and relaxing room with great views and the style of Thailand, as for instance as expected. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

There were multi-channel TV, a sitting area, and a study table in the room, really enjoyed that. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice. Location: the hotel was just next door to the Patong beach area and the hillside at the south end of Patong.

A combination of hits and misses
The staff were friendly. Fresh breakfast buffet offered dishes for every palate.
The hotel's hilly location can be quite challenging to navigate, especially for those not used to steep climbs.

The nearby beach is beautiful but requires a taxi or tuk-tuk due to the steep hill. Consider arranging transportation in advance for convenience.

Had a great time at Baan Yuree! The pool area was super chill, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. Staff were super helpful and helped us organize fun trips. Just a heads up, the hill back to the hotel might get your calves burning!

The motel wasn't over-crowed which was great, so it wasn't noisy. We were upgraded to the 6th floor as were on our Honeymoon and that was nice and had a great view and the pool was awesome.
There were a few problems - The staff barely spoke English, which I find really bad since alot of the people staying there were english speaking. It was sooooo hard to communicate with them. Eg - We asked for a beer and they thought we said pizza! There was no-one servicing the pool bar so getting service there was a very long wait. The breakfast wasn't that great (I have been to Thailand alot and this brekky didn't compare to any I've had before) Overall was fine - but the staff really need training. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't reccomend it to anyone either.

The free wi fi available any where in the hotel, the free shuttle bus into Patong. Room was made up daily and the rooms were spacious. Clean Linen and towels daily. The pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly but had limited english. It was very quiet so good for people who dont want to be near the hustle and bustle and shopping precinct.
Pool bar service was a little slow. Buffet breakfast was limited in western foods. The bed was very hard and not comfortable for a long stay. It was a little too far out of Patong for us but if you dont want to be near the shopping precinct or beach then its a good choice.
